7-7-2011 (FINALE)

So after a gaggle of things going wrong in my personal life, and a waning sense of duty when it came to the colour room, i've decided to end the show as of July 7th, 2011.

This is NOT an indictment against Plurlife.com or Dromey Broadcasting, it's just a matter of priorities, and i felt that doing the show wasn't doing enough for the bottom line. We all know that $$$ rules everything around us, and we all know that no one is getting paid when it comes to the biz models of internet radio stations, especially when it comes to paying the TALENT... There's simply no room for it... NOW, this wasn't the reason i decided to hang it up... I was happy to spin for one hour per week for free.... this is my passion, my favorite art, and my soul that i'd spill for you at 11pm on thursdays. BUT, the reality is that i'm underemployed... I need a jobby job... And staying up until 2am on friday morning is counterproductive to that. BUT, in my fits of poverty i came up with an idea... MY OWN STATION. It would be relatively inexpensive, as all i'd need to purchase would be some cheap advertising, the URL, and a cheap computer with a ton of space to act as a server. Gotta image it, and come up with a logo and etc, but this has merit, imo... A radio station made BY DJ's, for DJ's... hmmm...?

Last [colour] room is one of my best rooms, as i dedicated the songs in the broadcasted hour all to friends and fam members. I'll list the recipient on each song in the tracklisting below (In parentheses). If i forgot to mention you on air, i'm putting you HERE:---> G-Der.
